You can use it at home in your garden, patio, or even a balcony. It folds away neatly into a travel bag so you can take it anywhere. If you have a place to drain the pod, then it’s suitable for inside use. Just fill it 3/4 full as the water rises once you submerge. The ice bath is weather and UV protected to help keep it in great condition.
For beginners, starting with the ice bath temperature at around 59°F (15°C) is suggested. Just lower the temperature at your own pace. You will reap some benefits from the outset.
The Elixir Pod is integrated with triple thermal insulated layers, a thermo Lid, and rain cover to assist in keeping the water temperature lower. We recommend leaving the pod outside overnight to reduce the temperature, preferably in a shaded area.

We recommend three to eight minutes. Start by finding your comfort zone. Increase the time. Listen to your body and learn your limits.
The Elixir Pod is equipped with a fixed tap for draining. You can connect a standard garden hose or open the tap, depending on the pod's setup location.
We recommend changing the water in your Elixir Pod once per week. You can extend this by adding sea salt. Clean the pod by first draining it in a safe area, then wash the inside with warm soapy water, rinse out, and it’s ready to be used straight away.
