Shipping Carriers:

We use UPS or UPRS for shipping across the entire USA, occasionally partnering with other carriers as needed.

Average Delivery Times:

  • Mainland USA: 2-5 business days
  • Hawaii, Alaska & islands: NOT COVERED

All orders originate from our Texas warehouse.

Failed or Missing Delivery:

Should a delivery fail due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect address, absence during delivery), or if a customer refuses to accept the package, it will be returned to us (Elixir Revitalize Pods) at the customer's expense.

Items Not Received Despite Delivery Confirmation:

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered. We advise selecting a secure delivery location. Once the shipping company confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If a discrepancy arises, we recommend checking with your local post office or the delivery company for further assistance.

Tracking & Estimates:

Tracking details are provided once your order ships, typically within 1-3 business days (excluding pre-orders). While estimated delivery times are provided, we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates due to carrier variations. The timeframes presented during checkout are estimates provided by the courier.
